Jungle response to Carl's statement
Gothic favourites Fields Of The Nephilim, who came to prominence amongst clouds of flour and smoke in the 1980's, release a new single ‘From The Fire’ as a precursor to their first new album in 12 years. Led by the dark and mysterious Carl McCoy together with original bassist Tony Pettitt, they've retained a huge following in the gothic underground despite rarely doing interviews or gigs. The track, 'From The Fire' is a big powerful rock anthem, building on their unique dark sound but with 21st century sensibilities. Various live b-sides from the 1988 plus an extended version fill up the 2 CDs and 10" version.
